Having Trouble Logging in?

Fret not, we've got some handy tips to quickly get you on your way. Just follow the steps below and if for some reason you're still getting stuck, don't worry - our friendly Customer Support Team are available 24/7 to lend a helping hand.

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Upon Login, simply click the forgot password button (bottom left button).
   
2. Once you've done that, a new window will pop open prompting you to fill in your username (NOTE: It will be the same as your Player name pre-migration, unless you received an email telling you otherwise). Just fill in the email address you used upon initial registration or if unsure; your current one. Please note the password and email address must match in our system before the email will be sent. This means if you have updated your email address recently and did not inform us, please contact customer service by sending an email to Support@PokerSupport.com or calling us direct (a full list of contact numbers are available on our Contact Us page).
   
3. Once the details are correct you will receive the message below:
   
4. You will then be presented with a final page asking you to confirm your new password.
5. Login.

Please follow these simple steps:

1. Uninstall the poker client if previously installed.
2. Download the latest drivers for you graphic card (can be found at the manufacturer's website). Visit http://www.windowsupdate.com to keep your computer up to date with the latest Service Packs and patches from Microsoft.
3. Check the settings of any internet security software you may be running to ensure it is not blocking out software. (Windows XP service pack 2 re-activates the built in Microsoft firewall).
4. Go to TOOLS from your Web browser, select INTERNET OPTIONS and then from the GENERAL tab, under Temporary internet files, DELETE COOKIES and or DELETE FILES, and then APPLY.
5. Download the latest poker client by clicking here.
6. Install the poker client.
